Each registered use for Raiden must accept our Terms and Conditions upon registration for our services. Users may terminate this aggreement however they forfeit all financial gains and refund eligibility if the product has been used at least once.
Refunds shall only be given if there is a mistake that was made on the part Raiden, for example your account gets deleted. Due to the nature and volitility of our product, refunds shall not be offered or granted under any circumstance after the first use of the product. Users caught abusing third-party payment services to obtain free services from Raiden will be immediately permanently suspended without appeal. Resellers and third-party merchants may set their own refund policies and terms of use, on top of the existing Raiden terms and conditions.
We do not tolerate any payment disputed with our PayPal payment system. You are purchasing an online, software volatile service, any abuse to first-party or third-party payment services to obtain free, or discounted services from Raiden will be immediately permanently suspended. By purchasing any services from Raiden or a Raiden affiliate, you are agreeing that there are no refunds unless there is a mistake made by Raiden. Disputes will result in you being immediately permanently suspended.
Different parts of Raiden may require additional services to access resources, support or other means of communication and distribution, this includes drivers, applications, and more. You agree within Raidens Terms and Conditions to follow and comply with any and all other non-optional agreements to use these services as to provide the smoothest, most civil, intuitive process.
Raiden accepts no responsibility for your online gaming accounts as a result of using this service or any data contained within this service. You, the user, are responsible for your online gaming activities and any loss to your online gaming account, whether financial or not. It is solely your responsibility. When cheating, you choose to voluntarily break your games End User License Agreements, we cannot be taken responsible if you lose your online gaming account or/and get any damage caused by cheating. Raiden is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on the intellectual property of third parties. In such events, the consumer protects Raiden from claims from third parties. We do not condone Online cheating. We are strictly an offline Service seller. Although our Service MAY include functionality for Online Gaming, you are entirely responsible for using it, although we do not recommend the use of our product in online gaming as it is not intended for online use.

The Software provided may not be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, reversed, or distributed in any manner or medium, in whole or in part, without prior consent from author. Distribution of any materials aquired during your use and license agreement with Raiden will result in a loss of access to said distributed material. Persons with sensitive, pre-release material may lose access to Raiden entirely for leaking, sharing, streaming, or any other publicity stunts that may hinder, slander or harm Raidens reputation.

If YOU, the end-user choose to use it for anything else, any and all effects that come of this are the end-user's (Customers) fault & do not reflect on us in any way. Loss of accounts, access to services or other limtied services are purely not Raidens fault.
In no event will Raiden be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Raiden, even if Raiden or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
If you choose to end your user agreement at anytime for any reason you forfeit any and all access to Raiden services and any financial gains, which may have been earned or you were otherwise entitled to effective as soon as the termination process has begun. Once completed any and all data linked to your account will be purged and destryed and cannot be recoved.
