Ratings on Raiden are based on several factors. The first is the number of restocks a merchant has. For the first few restocks a reseller rating will be calculated lower than senior merchants due to lifetime and averages. The second factor is the number of issues customers have while working with that particular merchant. If a merchant has a lot of clients compain to Raiden about issues from their store, the rating will decrease. Finally, if merchants stock reaches less than four licenses their profile card will be hidden. Higher ratings are better, however the ratings should partially be taken with a grain of salt.
